• The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon date prior to your session.

• Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the retainer fee.

• Vanessa Tobias Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or inclement weather.

5. Refund Policy

All payments, including retainers, are non-refundable. If a session must be canceled due to extraordinary circumstances, such as emergencies or acts of nature, efforts will be made to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Copyright and Usage

• All images created by Vanessa Tobias Photography are protected by copyright law.

• Clients are granted a limited license to download, print, and share images for personal use only.

• Commercial use of images is prohibited without prior written consent from Vanessa Tobias Photography.

• Clients may not alter images in any way, including applying filters or additional editing.
